Cluj-Napoca is probably the only place in the world where I haven't ever had a terrible restaurant experience. Over all, all the used ingredients are fresh and local. There are options to pick from French to Italian and to the local kitchen. VIO is a mixture of those three kitchens. And I truly enjoyed.
